LET'S MOVE!

Focus on 3 main movements daily to burn fat and build muscle. Short intense intervals will get you moving. Try a leg movement, push/pull and core movement.

5 sets of 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest

AIR SQUATS

Stand with feet shoulder width apart, sit back with your hips, then reverse the motion to stand up. Head and chest up, drive through the heels

PUSH UP BURPEES

Lower your body to the floor, shoot your legs behind you into a push up position, lower down, push up then draw your legs under your hips and explode into the air, land softly on the knees.

PLANK

Plant the hands under your shoulders, ground toes in to floor, squeeze glutes, engage your core. Be sure to keep a neutral neck an spine, head in line with your back and breathe.

I love to see people around me happy, healthy, and achieving their goals.  I realize that we all lead hectic lives and sometimes we need a cheerleader to help motivate us.  I want to help cheer people on as they develop their goals and set path to achieving their goals.

I believe that through developing community, connecting people through health and fitness, we can empower each other to discover new passions and better reach a more rounded healthy lifestyle.

I am inspired by growth. We all have to start somewhere, we all have to first develop a vision and then chase our dreams. That’s why I believe in the importance of vision development and goal setting.
